The company really is people first. When my project got low on funds, I was called into my group VP's office with my manager and PO thinking that I was about to get fired. Instead they moved me to another project with more funding. I've never had that experience before at a company. In my new group I have been excelling at my new duties and have been recognized internally as a subject matter expert in my field. The company's president and CTO know my name and my superiors are constantly giving me recognition for my work. I'm truly blessed to be working here.
Cons
I'm not a big fan of our intranet setup. It's quite hard to find information I need without asking someone for help on where it is located. I would much prefer something closer to Confluence, but that's really not a big deal given all the pluses of working here.

Employee Ownership – The company is 100% employee-owned, which means every year, employees receive stock and have a direct stake in the company’s success. It’s a great long-term benefit!
Work-Life Balance – Leadership understands the importance of flexibility and work-life balance, which makes it a great place to build a long-term career.
Cons
Project-Dependent Work – Like most government contracting companies, job stability can depend on contract renewals, which is something to keep in mind.
