      - great benefits plan - management truly cares about its employees - management is approachable and proactive - pretty good PTO plan - very competitive pay rates

      Cons

      - a little inflexible with PTO in lieu of pay

      Phenomenal Culture, Job Satisfaction!

      Pros

      Truly a People first culture and technology always mindset in service of DoD and commercial technology and engineering solutions! Everyone supports one another and there are lots of opportunities to grow and learn while doing challenging and rewarding work! PeopleTec takes extra pride and care in active affinity groups, including Next Generation Innovators; Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, Tech Fellows, and Veterans Resource Group.

      Cons

      This is a mandatory field with a five word minimum—only con from my perspective.
