      Pros

      Truly a 'Team' environment that interacts and cares for one another like a family, from the Owners/President that extends across to all the employees and even to their customers. Provides for your every need to be successful, whether that's with personal support, education, equipment and/or tools. PeopleTec's Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) is just one great example of how they support their employees future financial goals and allows their employees to be active 'Employee-Owners'.

      Cons

      It's difficult to think of a 'Con'. Really is an amazing company!

      Pros

      The most "people-friendly" employer I've experienced in this area. The corporate members provide unmatched support to customers and other team members working alongside government customers. There is an integrated network of communication tools and resources that you won't find with other competitors and helps cultivate a unique culture that is "People First, Technology Always." They are always focused on growth of the company and continued personal professional development.

      Cons

      Can't think of any at the moment. There are reasons why they earn "Best Places to Work" in Huntsville.
