      Pros

      Lots of company morale. The Leadership here is so wonderful and helpful. They hire top notch employees with great attitudes. They look after the employee very well.

      Cons

      A lot of things to learn in a short period of time. This is all of the "con" information I can think of to put out there.

      Overall Review of the company, salary, and benefits

      Pros

      Amazing company!! I really miss working for them. They paid well, their benefits are well above everyone else (especially in the Obama Care Economy). Every time there was an issue they were on top of it. It felt more like a family that just a place of work. I really miss working for PeopleTec and if an opportunity ever arises for me to go back I will.

      Cons

      The only con is that they do not have enough opportunities here in Colorado Springs. I cannot move to Huntsville where their business is booming. Hopefully one day something will pop up here.
