      Employee Ownership – The company is 100% employee-owned, which means every year, employees receive stock and have a direct stake in the company’s success. It’s a great long-term benefit! Work-Life Balance – Leadership understands the importance of flexibility and work-life balance, which makes it a great place to build a long-term career.

      Cons

      Project-Dependent Work – Like most government contracting companies, job stability can depend on contract renewals, which is something to keep in mind.

      Pros

      Family-friendly culture. Flexible and supportive for working parents, benefits are affordable and provide great coverage, and lots of fun events for the whole family.

      Cons

      PTO is decent, but more would be appreciated.

      The Best Place I've EVER Worked: The Dream Job!

      Pros

      Amazing culture! People First, Technology Always! Great compensation, flexibility, upward mobility, team-oriented, focused on supporting warfighters, promotes the professional development and education all of the Employee Owners, provides year-round activities for families, multiple employee resource groups, award-winners in every category of competition, a ton of company-sponsored activities, incredibly supportive of the local community, champions of taking care of veteran employees, well-respected in the community. PeopleTec rewards and recognizes their employee owners and gives credit where it is due. Leaders here place their teams first and encourage sharing ideas to make the mission happen. The management constantly prepares for the future and seeks meaningful opportunities for company growth.

      I cannot find a single fault with this company.
