No one cares about the workload. Everyone is overworked, and yet the work continues to pile on. Discussion means you are whining. Do not join New Business if you think it's going to be fun/exciting. Meetings all day, unreasonable deadlines, = burnout.

Pros

Good benefits, but getting worse. good for women and minorities. They track this carefully. Opportunity is there but people work all the time. pepco was a family. Not anymore.

Cons

They were acquired several years ago and most of the legacy Pepco people are gone. It is a totally different culture which values youth. If you are very young you’re going to fit in. If not, maybe not so much. If you are middle aged it might be challenging but not impossible. If you are older not a great place.
