      Opportunity to advance for those willing to accept additional responsibility and time commitment.

      Difficult to operate as a manager when you are given very little operational decision making power but expected to get results anyway.

      There are literally no pros.

      Cons

      Racist and drug using employees throughout the entire company. If my financial situation was better I would have left on the first day. The equipment is and the environment is unsafe and not up to code. The fact that they don't even train new employees makes it even more dangerous.
