Pros

I met and worked with alot of good people. Most of that is because their turnover is off the charts.

Cons

Ownership is my way or the hiway. They try to reinvent the wheel every day.Their business model is so flawed yet they never change.Management at local depot is full of yes men or they are demoted or fired.Equipment is broken unsafe and a joke for a company this size.Be prepared to have your boss do a 180 on your workday two hours into the day. This happens daily.A double standard for workload and pay is rampant. The lazier you are the easier they will go on you.The harder you work the more they dump on you.Labor laws are broken almost daily and they will threaten you with your job.Customers are hostile every stop you make because of decisions made above you.I've never heard of a workplace where new hires would last not even a full day.Harry Crisp has deep pockets thanks to his dads hard work had nothing to do with him far as i can see.Thats the only reason he's still in business.I would pass on the company its just a joke.

Pros

There are no good reasons to work for this company!

Cons

I was interviewed and hired to be a territory sales rep, but in the end was told i had to get my CDL license, and would be driving a truck. I worked long hours for little pay, had to drive my own car, and was never compensated.
