Most of the reviews will cover the basics, poor communication, lack of good benefits, little to no paid vacation time, long work hours for some, etc. When you’ve been there for one month you have 1 personal paid day otherwise you have to work a full year to accrue PTO. Honestly most of your “training” will be on the job once you actually have chose where you want to be. Don’t ask too many questions because they A) Don’t have the answers B) will think you’re incompetent. Everyone working here has an “it is what it is” attitude to reduce the amount of work they get assigned to and many ambitious, innovative employees that you meet usually leave within 6 months to a year. However, the worst part for me was the fact that company knew of their reputation but had little to no action on actually fixing their issues. Almost every decision is controlled by Upper Management and that’s where most of the problems originate because they’re not very proactive to put it nicely. A lot of people complain about the walk( they have a point there is a fat hill) but considering you sit in an office for 8 hours a day it’s probably good for you. If you’re a new grad this company will teach you a lot on toxic corporate culture and what not to do when running an organization. But the fast paced environment will keep you on your toes if you like a challenge just remember to use it as a stepping stone for your career!
