Pros

I must write 20 words here so I am talking about having to write 20 words here. Otherwise there are no pros in reality.

Cons

Terrible company to work for. Pay is good, but work demands and hours are horrible. Crisp family claims to be Christian but treat their employees like crap and are about the least Christian people I have ever met.
