Management very unrealistic and greedy. They dont care about employees just numbers. One thing goes wrong with no training out in the field and they start find crap against you

Pay (to a point), some of the people, free snacks and drinks, work alone, get out of the depot and enjoy the fresh air

Cons

Everything else was bust. Head boss will rip you a new one and call you every name in the book for little things you mess up on accident. (Someone needs to can that idiot)
