Pros

The pros to this job are getting to meet other business owners and managers. Once they get past the "another pepsi rep" phase, they are usually rather helpful and friendly. It's likely that they understand that you must be retarded to work here and have special needs. it was a mistake from the beginning to work here but that's been fixed now.

Cons

The management. Nothing else needs to be said. Pretty much anyone in upper level management, they are all in a contest to win over the owners approval and are constantly stabbing each other in the back. Anyone caught in the middle is chopped liver. You'll receive different instructions for 3-4 different managers and they will all be mad at you when you didn't do it their way. They spend so much time micro-managing and looking for ways to make themselves look good that its easy to see why the company is constantly stuck in the mindset that they are. Be ready to work long hours with horrible pay, if you even get paid on time (their payroll system is a joke), no benefits, even worse health insurance, and a great sense of confusion as you chase your tail around all day. Anyone who thinks they can come in here and actually make a difference is very mistaken.

Pros

The coworkers you work with in the trenches. Getting the work done!

Cons

Be ready to be lied to. This company will lie to you from Day 1. From where the area that you will be working in to your job responsibilities to how you will be paid for. Enjoy working for 2 straight weeks for no pay cleaning toilets and pulling weeds in the depot yard when you worked your BUTT off for a Bachelor's Degree. That's their first week of training! Cleaning toilets at your depot. They never get your pay right. They require outrageous travel for sub-par compensation. All equipment is horrible. All the way from vehicles to full-service machines. Good luck having your handheld work correctly on any given workday. Its a crap-shoot. You see where your hard work goes when you see "Lee's" ENORMOUS RV sitting outside your depot to yell at everybody working there that they aren't making HIM enough money when YOU show up for work at 5:30 in the morning and don't leave the depot till 7:00 p.m. !
