Cons

Since being a massive company your ideas are not heard, specially if you are in an entry level position, which I imagine is the same in every big corporation.

Not having a manager breath down your back constantly . Other than that, absolutely nothing at all. Do not do it.

Cons

No training. Management doesn't know what they are doing. Send all over the place with no mileage compensation. Horrible pay. Long hours, they will work you to death. Doesn't care if you're vehicle messes up.
