      Good Pay, Management is usually pretty positive with complaints and or advice on how to make things better

      Hard work, and long hours, sometimes management expects you to go above and beyond without giving praise or working to make things easier for the employees

      Pros

      Very understanding, personable management. If you can afford to not work any OT, this is the perfect place to begin gaining experience! Easy work and nice customers for most part!

      Cons

      Required to fill/stock shelves at certain accounts (stores). Equipment is not assigned. Because of this, equipment that is required for each route is constantly taken by fellow employees making it take longer to get started and finish the route that day.
