      Physically active, wide variety, and great experience builder. 2 weeks vacation

      Cons

      Low pay compared to competition. Can be very long hours Hard on back Have to deal with grumpy employees and managers all the time. No incentive to move up

      Pros

      The pay is average, and they top you out on hire.

      Cons

      Customers are horrible. Management has never done the job of the people they are managing. There is no training, I drove a truck for one day; and they sent me out on my own to make deliveries the next day. 60 hour time clock, but the routes are set to 12 hours; so any hang up and your running a DOT violation. No holiday pay for the first 4 months. They "forgot" to pay for two weeks straight. You won't get an actual route unless the supervisor "really likes you" or you have been there for 15+ months.
