Great job stability, benefits and work life balance. Also. portfolio of brands (Pepsi, Frito Lay, Tropicana, Quaker & Gatorade) to work under and fantastic customer exposure (Local accounts & large National Accounts Like Taco Bell, KFC, Pizza hut, Etc.) to support that they are contracted with.

Cons

Job mobility can be difficult if you are not near corporate or willing to relocate.
