The best about this place is the working environment and ethic. The vast majority of employees are very satisfied with their job and how the company treats them.

Cons

Some of the challenges are that there is a lot of competition and therefore higger expectations for whatever you are doing.

FLNA is an ever changing environment and sincerely looks to develop it's personnel. They are interested, fair and involved in many external activities.

Cons

Management can be a very small world. While some managers are spectacular so there are also those - for whatever reason - that are continually promoted and have little or no management skills. These managers are "out for themselves" and affect (yes, affect) personnel accordingly.
