It is a real joy helping people change their careers and get into IT. It is fufilling work.

Cons

The disorganization and mismanagement by the leadership teams is rampant. Leadership for the DMV region couldnt care less about the lack of management or poor performance.

It's an affordable opportunity to learn IT and in demand tech skills .

Cons

It's a toxic work environment. There is not enough staff, staff is not trained, dis organized and unclear communication, and an extremely high turnover rate. Leadership and management are disrespectful, micro manage, and will intentionally not allow you to grow within the company. You are overworked and underpaid.

Terrible pay, little to no movement in moving through the company, little to no help with direct management issues, too many things tied to PAR which by the way if I meet 100% of my goal I will be told it should have been more than that and won't be getting my whole raise. Raises can only happen once a year and is not based on actually contribution and talent.
