Pros

- Understanding Management - Sweet job responsibilities - Opportunity for huge impact

Cons

- Depending on your role, the learning curve CAN be steep, but find a good mentor and keep applying yourself. - Can get lost in the admin paper maze sometimes.

Pros

PTO is not the worse but not the best.

Cons

Salary was non-negotiable for some reason. Health insurance is quite expensive. My expenses increased more than twice for about the same coverage while filling the same role after a contract change.
