      Great work-life balance, work is important and deeply rewarding.

      Too many mergers and acqusitions have given employees whiplash and left it sometimes difficult to get needed resources.

      Work from home, make your own schedule

      Cons

      Not sure if things are better with the new acquisition, but while at perspecta, it was miserable. Where do I start…… inconsistent reviewers, low pay, company expects too much for what they pay their investigators. They need to pay attention to companies like CACI who treat their employees great. Perspecta expects way tooo much for little pay.
