Pros
Awesome benefits. The 401k matches are great. There are work-from-home opportunities and many corporate offices to work out of all over the country. There are many opportunities to grow and learn transferable skills.
Cons
A typical for-profit company that encourages staff to place employment over the bottom line is all that matters here, and your supervisor will remind you of why it is important to work tirelessly and to be underpaid. Expect nothing, give everything is what they teach you in training-and you are expected to work as such.
