Peraton offers great pay, excellent benefits, and valuable tuition reimbursement. They offer flexible work hours and hybrid location options if needed. The Peraton team is knowledgeable, approachable, and supportive. Peraton is a fantastic place for personal and professional growth.

Cons

The primary drawback is the limited in-person interaction with my colleagues, which makes it challenging to cultivate meaningful professional relationships.
