I started with this company as Keypoint Government Solutions (KGS) and then it became Perspecta and I resigned a couple of days prior to the company being bought by Peraton.
After 26 years of military service and some part-time civilian jobs over the years this is probably the worst job I've ever had in my life due to poor mid-level leadership and management.
I was told by the recruiting department I can negotiate my salary in lieu of receiving health benefits. After starting the employment I was rudely told by the HR department this was not true and I had to start at the bottom just like everyone else and work my way up. However I was told in lieu of giving direct cash payments in in lieu of selecting medical benefits the company would make quarterly deposits into my 401K, but after 3 years I was never once compensated for not selecting medical benefits. I talked to other military retirees that worked for KGS/Perspecta and they all said they had the same issues I did and they all quit
