Pros

Somewhat flexible hours.. I worked for this company while it was still operating as KeyPoint Government Solutions.

Cons

Constant stress and frustration with this job.. There was never any healthy work/family/life balance EVER! This company's expectations were for robots or machines.. not for a human being's life. It's hard to work as a team when a manager never thinks you're good enough. I went above and beyond so many times for this company and was always told that I was simply "meeting expectations" and "not eligible" for a raise in salary. My quality of work was always 100%, but my numbers were never enough. While they were saying I was "not eligible for a raise," I was working all hours of the day and night. I was driving to locations which were more than 50+ miles from home, in terrible weather conditions and incessant horrible traffic. I was driving and walking through unknown neighborhoods (for canvassing) by myself with people following me and watching my every move. I was spending hours upon hours of typing up reports which had to be perfect in every way for constant fear of receiving a corrective action. I was spending many hours away from ever having any kind of a social life with family or friends. Those relationships suffered. Personal health also got neglected due to worrying that work was not getting submitted in time for deadlines which were undeniably unattainable. Going through all of this.. I was considered in every evaluation as "not eligible" to earn a raise and did not receive one single cent or any kind of merit increase during my entire four years of employment. If I could go back in time, I would have advised myself to obtain some experience, learn the ropes and then get out a whole lot sooner and go somewhere appreciated and respected.

Pros

Some interesting sites to experience.

Cons

Poor management. Many people leave after realizing the poor management and low benefit package. Just recently a 15 year manager left to better circumstances.
