      Pros

      Peraton is an excellent employer. The management chain is responsive to questions/issues. My direct supervisor is excellent in his role. He ensures that mutual expectations are stated and met. The company provides virtual orientation, as well as providing online training that you complete at your own pace. There are many opportunities for advancement. Executive management does a good job of keeping staff informed of company changes and events. Excellent benefits. Corporate HR even mailed out a welcome basket to me after I started.

      Cons

      The hiring process was protracted. I believe this to simply be because it's such a large company, and the number of approvals that are needed to hire someone. I will say that once the hiring process began, it ran very efficiently.

      doing well but not with the employee failed to meet salary after accepting work

      can not keep there promise on contracts related to work contracts with employee

      They have full time work from home opportunities

      Cons

      We don't get alot of holiday vacations given to us. Out side of the basics like Christmas and new years etc... We don't get MLK day off, presidents day, juneteeth etc
