      Stock plan is very good.

      Cons

      Toxic work environment. It is a Boy's club. HR does not care they are remote. constant sexual harassment. Barely any women work there.

      The Peraton Company fosters a Shared Consciousness as a whole. The company embraces change as well as provides a fostering environment with creating transparency. Peraton has shown traits of exemplified adaptability, in the resilience of uncertainty. In Summary , Peraton is its early stages as a company. However Peraton is adopting a more efficient command and controlled environment. From Command environment to a Command of teams environment. With good leadership and effective maneuver strategy, Peraton has the ability to achieve a teams of team’s environment, nimble in tempo fast in production and tempered in critical structural change and delivery.

      Cons

      1) Background and adjudicative authorities are slow to meet the demands of efficient production work flow, necessary for new hires to start. 2) Trainers must be properly vetted for teaching, as well as have the fundamental coaching style's that nature’s academic growth. Peraton has failed to meet this supportive and dynamic element. Students must be ready for the complexity and fundamental notions of the Defense apparatus state of our country.
