Rollercoaster - Highs and Lows

Pros

Pay is generally above the average (From what I've seen). Decent benefits package . A lot of PTO can be accrued. A majority of employees are working remotely and have proven to still be able to deliver results when management was opposed to remote working before the pandemic happened. There are a lot of smart and talented individuals here that you can always ask questions and discuss with. Rapidly growing - very fast paced environment so you're never bored.

Cons

Parent company has put everyone between a "rock and a hard place" with its recent decisions. There is no sick leave - everything is part of PTO except floaters, Holidays and bereavement leave. Teams are running SUPER lean - there are a lot of single points of failure. Not sure if employees can keep up with the rapid pace of growth/expansion that has occurred lately, and will occur in the future. Upper management has a tendency to ask us to produce results, but give us very little direction/guidance. If you enjoy learning on the fly - this would be for you!
