Pros

Fast-paced and fun work. A lot of direct involvement in building a successful team and helping others grow professionally.

Cons

So much of your success is based on performance data snd metrics that aren't accurate. Forced to negatively performance manage direct reports based on inaccurate stats. The company glorifies investigators and puts all fault on the Review department, instead of fixing problems at the investigator level.
