Pros

You collect a paycheck every other week.

Cons

Corporate management is ringing every penny out of our contract that they can and driving our program into the ground. They run a skeleton crew and expect everyone to do work that's nowhere near the job description that you hire on for. Management turns a deaf ear to basic needs of our program. Bureaucracy and lack of proper resource allocation by management creates bottlenecks within supply chains, causing nearly every project to become a frantic last minute crisis to complete. Work/home balance doesn't exist. You'll be traveling literally for months straight and only get a week or two at home before having to leave again. The list goes on. If you want to feel like your work matters, look elsewhere.
