      Great clients and exciting projects.

      Cons

      Employees are not considered assets. The mergers that have taken place, employees were put in a slot without considering the best use of the person. Old cultures from heritage companies cause confusion. Organization structures cause overlap and competition across the company. Strategy is confusing and in many cases just fancy Powerpoint slides.
