Pros

I can't say enough about the culture here. The leadership structure is very flat - not the ultra rigid hierarchy that's so typical in A&D. New ideas are encouraged and if you're ambitious there are some pretty cool projects you can be a part of. What I really like is the focus on performance - we're here for one reason: to build a great company.

Cons

Some old school thinking is still hanging around, but for the most part it's getting addressed. Still hard to collaborate at scale around the company digitally.

Pros

Good benefits and exciting projects

Cons

No consideration for work life balance or respect for employees time off. Expect to work 60-80 hours a week, weekends, holidays, through family vacations, etc. Suppliers are consistently not paid on time which is ruining many of our relationships. The marketing team consistently posts fake reviews on Glassdoor to counter real employees negative feedback. Many employees are fleeing while others are being laid off left and right after completing major projects.
