Pros

Local staff is great. That’s about the best I can say about this company. We were better off at Harris.

Cons

Perron wants their employees to be their “Brand Ambassadors” but they are doing NOTHING to make employees want to stay. Raises were dismal as usual. HR is running the show with a tyrannical frenzy. They took away overtime, changed backed to limited PTO, no sick time. They are working people into the ground and the transition from Harris is far from complete. Many of the new upper management seem to be severely incompetent.

Pros

Flexible schedule thats it nothing more.

Cons

Everything from the management to the expectations. They will tell you it takes 6-9 months to full grasp the position, but will threaten you and get mad at you if you are not meeting goals immediately after training. Training is god awful, they dont teach you anything, they dont give you real life examples or work. The entire company knows how bad it is and knows they have a problem and knows their turn over rate is bad. Iv talked to HR and reviewers whole have explained this is a common thing they hear. All these negative reviews on here are absolutely true. Please read these before applying and then dont apply save yourself. They will push you out so fast. They want you to quit and will threaten you to get you to quit. The expectations are unrealistic and if you genuinely want to hit them you have to work overtime without pay. My mentor works sundays just to stay on top of expectations. You arent paid enough to work the hrs and meet the expectations they desire. A complete joke of a company. They haven't adjusted to the post covid times either. Just avoid its not worth the headache theres many other companies that have the same exact contract that dont treat you like a dog or child.
