Pros

Quick and easy onboarding, internal system is easy to navigate, good programs that allow you to create business projects lead by mentors, management is decent.

Cons

Here's where it gets dicey. Even if you're a great employee and you have some great ideas for company projects or processes, you're expendable. If you have to deal with their HR department in any way, play the wiseguy. HR isn't there to protect you or anything; it's there to protect the company. Want to survive at Peraton? Do your work, and keep your head low, eyes and ears open. Only talk about business. Peraton has a typical soulless, back-stabbey non-negotiable corporate culture and functionality. They'll say you're doing a great job while secretly plotting to pull the rug out from under you, and you have no say in the matter.

Pros

- I got to learn what I don't enjoy in a position. - Makes my new job seem a lot better.

Cons

- Solicitation of pyramid schemes onto new college hires. Brought up to management who did nothing about it. - 13 college hires quit in the span of 11 months. They stopped throwing goodbye parties because it started getting expensive. - No experience gained. Not challenging, job could be completely automated. - Lack of growth and development. - Toxic managers. Team lead called me her "good little Christian boy" (I am not Christian lol)

Pros

Decent money, but not worth the drama.

Cons

When on a company training event most of the employees smoked weed. When I didn’t and instead went back to my room, I was labeled an outsider and most made ludicrous accusations against me.
