“Make your own schedule” not really

Cons

Cant really make your own schedule when they pile on so much work, and then rush you to get it all done at once. The pay is definitely not enough for what all you have to do. Worst training i ever had in my life Condescending upper management Worst HR department i ever had the pleasure of working with If you dont stay for a year, you have to pay them back Not a remote job, you travel everyday locally or further depending on where you are located

Terrible management (they believe that anyone who was a former military officer or law enforcement equates to a great corporate lead regardless of glaring personality defects and lack of business leadership training) Flagrant disregard of employee concerns when it comes to racial and gender discrimination Tolerance of an outdated toxic work culture
