There are none with this company.

Cons

Higher management has no clue on how to listen to people who've been on a contract for 15+ years. Will pull contractors over from old contract to new knowing full well they will be dropping their pay or getting rid of them without any type of notice. Changes a position to an entry level position even though said position has been around for 15+ years and is a tier 2+ position. They also expect new position to have the same responsibilities as the old one. All around this company is ethically and morally reprehensible. It's all about the money, which is understandable but they are willing to hurt their own reputation for it. Don't bother with Peraton.

1. The pay is well below the median. 2. They have the mentality that we gave you a job so don't expect a raise or bonus. 3. If you ask for a raise you are treated with disdain and told you are making it bad for the team. 4. The management is beyond subpar and entitled.
