Pros

Can’t think of anything positive about this failing company

Cons

Company lays employees off monthly with no warning in joint layoffs with 10-15 employees on the call. Company is drowning in debt due to underperforming on contracts and overall unsatisfactory performance.

Declining quality of life for employees

Pros

Nice benefits, decent pay, fantastic team that I work with each day

Cons

They should be eager to give raises. Living in NOVA is not cheap. They have just implemented a back to office policy despite unaffected productivity. It feels like they don't respect that we have our own lives and the top execs are out of touch with their workforce.

We hear you. We know this is a challenge for people at our company and most employers. While schedules vary program, we appreciate your dedication. We recommend discussing your specific scenario with your manager first and/or your HR business partner.

Pay does not match the work

Recommend

Business Outlook

Pros

You can make your own schedule and most work can be done remotely.

Cons

They don't reimburse you fully for your fax line (so I partially pay for a fax that I would have no reason to have if not for this job), they require you to buy a locking storage cabinet and do not reimburse. I had to pay for finger printing and was told I would be reimbursed, by the time I was in training they said it was too many days since the expense was incurred and could not be reimbursed. They base everything on metrics that don't make sense since each case is different and requires different levels of effort, so if you get unlucky with the cases assigned to you then the potential for bonus and promotion is low. The job is a lot of stress for low pay.
