      There's a paycheck every two weeks

      Corporate doing everything they can to squeeze every dime out of our contract which includes everyone's wallets as well. Health benefits that doesn't pay for ANYTHING! Clueless management staff who are the epitome of the words 'yes men.' Only way to get a good raise is to step up on a bucket.

      None that I can think of honestly.

      Cons

      Management lacked vision, and was not forthright with employees throughout the Perspecta/NGIT acquisition and merger. Common lines of duplicative business were not collaborative nor encouraged to do so. This led to confusion, and resource strains in verticals where a codified approach to market would have benefitted both the business units as well as end customers. Alas, it was nothing more than kingdom building exercise for a bunch of power hungry white guys.
