Poor management, management often says one thing and does another, or simply just won’t do something and say they did. Poor pay, raises don’t keep up with inflation Poor direction, company is poorly managed and unorganized. Surprises every day. Supposed to do something different, better figure it out because they won’t tell you about any updates or changes. Garbage 401k plan

- unethical compensation and no review process or policy for making it right - maternity/family leave is atrocious given the size of the company. Maternal disability is only half pay then only 2 weeks of leave. They claim this is a rare good benefit but it is sub-standard compared to other companies of their size like Booz Allen, Deloitte, Northrop Grumman, etc. who all have full paid disability and closer to 6 weeks additional leave. - no promotional opportunities - few to no training opportunities - middle and upper management completely disconnected from staff working directly with clients. - management showed lack of respect to women and people of color on occasion. Need to be updated on the fact that we aren’t working in the Mad Men era. - health benefits expensive for what you get especially compared to other companies - lack of mentorship and a collegial company culture
