Don’t waste your time

Pros

Flexible hours. You make your own work schedule. Decent benefits. Security clearance.

Cons

Work load is insane. They threaten you that if you leave within the first year, you have to pay back $4000. The refiles (cases sent back to you because they want more information) are insane and it’s hard to manage when you’re getting 10 new cases every week. The pay is not even close to enough for the amount of stress you’re under every week.

Pros

Decent money, but not worth the drama.

Cons

When on a company training event most of the employees smoked weed. When I didn’t and instead went back to my room, I was labeled an outsider and most made ludicrous accusations against me.
