      Great work, great people, great customers

      Pros

      The work is challenging and interesting. My ideas are heard and I have a lot of influence on what I research. People are very smart and you get help when you need it. Management shields us from bureaucracy of parent company.

      Cons

      Parent company is large defense contractor. However, Perspecta Labs does a good job feeling small and nimble. I credit upper management for this. However, there is always risk Perspecta could add significant unneeded bureaucracy.

      Program team and Finance are exceptional

      Cons

      Lack of any Management. Communication beyond bad. If you are not a previous friend of your manager, forget any respect at all. They are trying to grow a company soliciting all their old friends so if you are previous Harris, Exelis, etc. I would run now.
