Pros

I can't say enough about the culture here. The leadership structure is very flat - not the ultra rigid hierarchy that's so typical in A&D. New ideas are encouraged and if you're ambitious there are some pretty cool projects you can be a part of. What I really like is the focus on performance - we're here for one reason: to build a great company.

Cons

Some old school thinking is still hanging around, but for the most part it's getting addressed. Still hard to collaborate at scale around the company digitally.

Cons

Still a relatively new company, so some internal processes aren’t as streamed or defined as they will be once they’ve been in business a bit longer.
