1. I was interviewed for an IT Asset Manager position and hired, but the offer letter stated a different job title. Once in the position, I still did not perform in an IT Asset Manager role, nor did I do the job that was stated on the Offer Letter. Later learned that other employees on my team were placed in their wrong positions that were not their background, and they were not initially hired to do.
2. BENEFITS: HORRENDOUS!
You can never reach anyone (a HUMAN!) over the phone if you have any questions or issues; nor will they call you back if you leave a message!
1. You pay ALL this money a month for health insurance only to find out THEY DO NOT PAY FOR ANYTHING when it comes to getting the medications you need. Even after they've heard from your doctor directly! They still would not APPROVE the medication I NEEDED!!!! Yet I'm paying all this money for insurance!? They just steal your money. My doctor, his staff, and the store pharmacy even said this company was a fraud!!!!!!!!!!
2. BE AWARE! They do not give you any paperwork regarding any benefits (Life or Health), so you don't know if you have any benefits or not, because you don't have any proof. You have to go online to search. Which can be annoying.
3. Somebody in the Company robbed me of some money they took out of my paycheck, and I was never able to reach anyone nor resolve the issue by getting my money back (again, you don't know exactly WHO to contact and HOW). It's difficult to solve business matters, e.g., over the phone or by email. No one replies.
3. TEAM/POOR MANAGEMENT
NO GROWTH
When it comes to taking classes, you have to pay for them yourself, including books. Peraton gives you nothing!
