Pros

Godd benifits if you are a senior level position

Cons

CEO is focused on only two things; revenue and profit. Does not care about employees. Have lost 3 three key, high performing people in during the week of August 13. Management meetings are advertised as "we are here to help" but turn into murder boards. No help just criticism and negative input.

Pros

At one time this was a good organization to work for. The founding director kept things in check even though he spent a great deal of his time at the airport. Since his departure they changed their name from Harris to Peraton and the company has been going sideways ever since.

Cons

Management does not acknowledge or respect the contribution of it's employees and as such this place has become a hostile work environment. At the time that I left there was a 67 % turnover rate. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Many people are retiring and a lot of the talent has already left.

Thank you for taking the time to share your views with us. We strive to provide an environment where employees feel they’re valued, treated fairly, and respected. We are incredibly proud of the fact that for the past three years, our turnover rate in Calgary, Canada is under 6%. With that said, we are always striving to improve the culture of Peraton and truly value employee feedback so we may consistently gain insights into our workplace environment.

Pros

Flexible working hours, freedom to define processes, direct management is good, executive management is hands-off, many hidden pockets of great company capability/solutions

Cons

Poor execution of strategy, struggling to establish processes to grow the business and deliver on customer commitments. Though many business development staff, struggling to identify, qualify and win new work.
