      Pros

      Competitive salaries and benefits; "fresh start" senior management mentality; good vision for the company; location is good for me, good work/ life balance.

      Cons

      Legacy employees having a tough time getting past Harris spin-off so that serves as a drag to the culture. I prefer a motivated environment, which we have - the exception are the legacy employees who haven't accepted the change.

      A Company in Transition, But a Great Place to Work

      Pros

      So far, I’m enjoying my work at Peraton. Our customers are diverse so it seems like there’s a lot of opportunity to expand my work experience. My boss seems engaged in my future with Peraton, and the environment is relaxed and motivating.

      Cons

      The company is a spoon-off of old Harris. It seems some employees haven’t moved on from that. But there’s so much opportunity that seems shortsighted on their behalf.
