      Processes and management are structured to promote meaningful, continual improvement. Salary is competitive and bonuses are generous/commensurate with contributions.

      Cons

      IT department can be slow to fulfill requests. Should be alleviated with stand-up of new help desk (as opposed to legacy Harris Corporation help desk).

      Pros

      Extremely organized and efficient! I enjoy the way we address problems head-on and provide solutions to get everybody happy. I love the team and the way we accept new challenges with such enthusiasm. Our management is engaged with employees to get the best out of them to help them grow their careers. Also my work/life balance has improved dramatically because we get it done when we are supposed to get it done! My managers are always engaged with me to make sure I am aware of applicable career opportunities. Compensation / Benefits are competitive with industry and the team is always improving to make the employees happy.

      None and if there ever is this company fixes it!
