Pros

The work is challenging, the people are great, the benefits are good, management listens, and they invest in their employees.

Cons

The primary role of our location is to support an aging fleet of aircraft, as such a lot of the equipment we support is not exactly cutting edge.

Job is ok, management is cancerous

Pros

Benefits and compensation are fantastic, job location is ok.

Cons

The company is a great company but our management for this team is absolutely awful. They refuse to allow our team members to see the contract, they make up rules whenever they feel like it, they are vindictive and will squash any employee that needs anything outside of what is normal. Any time our team asks for clarification on the contract we get the run around and the management makes up “what’s in the contract” on the fly while withholding the contract from us. It is impossible to know our rights as employees because it seems that the HR department just regurgitates what these bully type managers say. While being deployed to Bahrain they constantly fluctuate our compensation and when it’s time to leave the job and fly home they absolutely abandon their employees except for the plane ticket home. Even though Peraton policy requires 2 weeks quarantine from business travel abroad, they just let their employees go and take their insurance on their last work day. Absolutely unacceptable.

Pros

Living abroad and decent employee benefits.

Cons

Budget cuts, and not enough support to find a new position within the company.
