Cons

A company shirt for Xmas/year end bonus. 1.15% salary increase. Hahah what a fking joke! CEO, VP keep saying how good the company doing, how much profits and so much and much future projects. While the employee get a 1.15% raise hahHa Employee gotta pay out of their own pocket for company xmas party. Hahaha HR don’t know what she is doing at all. It is HR’s job to hire people but she pays someone else to do the work. Hahaha Never seen so many people quit. Hahaha

Pros

At one time this was a good organization to work for. The founding director kept things in check even though he spent a great deal of his time at the airport. Since his departure they changed their name from Harris to Peraton and the company has been going sideways ever since.

Cons

Management does not acknowledge or respect the contribution of it's employees and as such this place has become a hostile work environment. At the time that I left there was a 67 % turnover rate. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Many people are retiring and a lot of the talent has already left.

Thank you for taking the time to share your views with us. We strive to provide an environment where employees feel they’re valued, treated fairly, and respected. We are incredibly proud of the fact that for the past three years, our turnover rate in Calgary, Canada is under 6%. With that said, we are always striving to improve the culture of Peraton and truly value employee feedback so we may consistently gain insights into our workplace environment.

Pros

None At least I'm working in this economy.

Cons

I am deeply disappointed by the lack of response from HR regarding the serious ethical breaches and toxic work environment within the Wiesbaden contract at Peraton. The blatant nepotism, incompetent leadership, and excessive layers of management have created a demoralizing and unproductive workplace. The company's failure to address these issues, despite my detailed complaint and supporting evidence, demonstrates a disregard for employee well-being and a lack of commitment to its own Code of Conduct. The rampant favoritism and promotion of unqualified individuals based on personal relationships have resulted in a top-heavy organization riddled with incompetent managers. This has led to poor decision-making, ineffective leadership, and a stifling of innovation. As a result of this unethical and unprofessional environment, I will never work for Peraton again and strongly advise others to reconsider any potential employment with this company. Until Peraton demonstrates a genuine commitment to ethical conduct and employee well-being, it cannot be considered a trustworthy or desirable employer.
