      The executive team has clear vision for the way ahead and a workforce with exceptional capabilities to support that vision. The future is bright!

      Cons

      As with any new company, there are some growing pains but all are surmountable.

      Pros

      The company is new, and so the culture is still forming. It's a great time to be a part of it, because so many policies, processes, and norms can be shaped. Plus, the CEO really wants to keep bureaucracy to a minimum. Management really wants this to be a new kind of defense contractor. The IT policy is fairly flexible, and everyone has iPhones. Building renovations are apparently coming too, so a more modern environment.

      Cons

      Could put a bit more into adding beneficial policies and procedures. Would be nice to see some of the execs walk the hall more often.
