Pros
The culture is supportive and welcoming. There is always a lot of work to do here and plenty of people willing to help who are open to positive changes. There are many locations and programs to get to work on. The work directly supports some of the largest Government Agency and is very meaningful.
Cons
Not a con but, there is a lot of process, tools, and policy missing from what is a quasi established company going through a Start Up phase - definitely something to keep in mind if you want to work here but are the type of person who needs consistency and isn't accustomed to surprises in their work. Only a temporary thing though.
