      Going downhill fast!!!

      Pros

      Local staff is great. That’s about the best I can say about this company. We were better off at Harris.

      Cons

      Perron wants their employees to be their “Brand Ambassadors” but they are doing NOTHING to make employees want to stay. Raises were dismal as usual. HR is running the show with a tyrannical frenzy. They took away overtime, changed backed to limited PTO, no sick time. They are working people into the ground and the transition from Harris is far from complete. Many of the new upper management seem to be severely incompetent.

      Pros

      Strong focus on customer areas that matter, so it feels like we’re going to market in a more deliberate way. NOT the old Harris IT anymore. Well, getting closer anyway. We’re starting to walk the walk of a new company. Good new vibe starting.

      Cons

      Growing pains with IT systems. Speed is painfully slow and impacts work. Harmonization of benefits seems to have caused some dilution.

      Management refers to employee's as monkeys. they hate when the union interrupts thier alone time.

      Pros

      work on important government projects. the HR has to be better that it appears to the employees to hide all the laws being broken.

      Cons

      management has taken enjoyment in torturing employees in classified environments and hiding it. management hates when employees want "free lunch" working 90+ hour weeks and then threatened when you don't want to work more.
